CHARACTER ART & ILLUSTRATIONS

♡ Prices are per character.
♡ These are base prices and are subject to change depending on the complexity of your individual piece(s). I will be able to give you a better estimate once all the details have been discussed and agreed upon!
♡ Backgrounds consisting of basic shapes, solid colors, gradients, textures, or patterns are included in the base price of the commission at no additional charge.
♡ Transparent backgrounds for character art are also available upon request.
♡ If your characters(s) are highly detailed, with intricate clothing and/or armor, or have unique and/or complex anatomy, there will be an additional upcharge. This will be included in the final estimate given when discussing your commission.♡ I do NOT offer explicit/hardcore NSFW commissions. COMMERCIAL FEES

♡ The commercial fee for all Artwork & Illustrations will be an additional 50% of the estimated commission price.
♡ Commercial commissions include, but are not limited to; artwork for prints, book covers, promotional usage and goods, logos, merchandise (stickers, bookmarks, keychains, pins, apparel, etc.).

BOOK COVERS:
If you are interested in a illustrated book cover, please contact me directly for a quote! My prices start at $350, but this is subject to change depending on a number of factors including size, complexity, and design.Please keep in mind that I do NOT do typography!The total cost, commercial fees, and licensing usage will be discussed and agreed upon upfront. No work will begin until these agreements and payment(s) are made.BOOK BOXES:

STICKERS:

Pets/Critters/Familiars/Mounts: $15-$50
Want to incorporate a cute critter or noble steed into your commission, or have as a stand alone piece? Prices are dependent on the size of the critter and complexity of their design. Critter artwork can easily be converted into a transparent file for cute graphics or used for stickers!Extra large animals and beasts (e.g.: adult dragons, etc) will be charged differently, please ask for a quote!

I'm a sleep deprived mom, thriving on "organized" chaos and coffee.  When I'm not creating art I can be found nose deep in a good romance book, playing video games or TTRPGs, worldbuilding with my husband, or making memories with my children.I've been drawing ever since I can remember, and always kept a sketchbook with me. I found comfort in my imagination and expressing myself through art. My art has always been heavily influenced by fantasy. A lot of my inspiration comes from books, media, anime, video games, and roleplaying with my friends. The allure of fantastical worlds and creatures has always appealed to me, and creating my own characters and stories has been a favorite pass time since my youth.I started sharing my art online when I joined DeviantArt (circa 2005). I used to scan my crudely drawn sketches onto my parents computer so I could post them to my profile. It was through DeviantArt that I met my now husband, but that's a story for another time. In my early 20s I got my first drawing tablet (Wacom Bamboo), and dove head first into digital art. Unfortunately, sometimes life gets in the way and I had taken a very long hiatus from drawing and art until 2019.I started taking my art more seriously in 2022, and have done commissions for a lot of amazing people, both privately for individuals and commercially for different authors and businesses. Everything from character art, illustrations, logos, merch designs, and so much more. I have been so thankful for every opportunity, and for all the love and support I've received while on this incredible journey. Commission Process:

Once we've discussed the details of your commission I can begin working on your piece! I like to keep my commissioners involved as much as possible, and maintain an open line of communication. So I will send you several updates throughout the progress of your piece.

I can be messaged through Instagram, Discord, or by email.

To try and keep it simple, it looks something like this:
Draft Sketches > Refined Sketch > Lineart > Flat colors > Finished Piece

♡ I'll send you 2-3 draft sketches based on what we've discussed, and you'll be able to choose one to move forward with.
♡ After a sketch is chosen, I will ask for payment. I will send you a invoice via PayPal. I require at least HALF of the total amount before I continue work on your commission.
♡ I will refine your chosen sketch and add more defining details. This is the stage where we can make any major revisions or tweaks. Please note: I will only make reasonable alterations after the sketch has been approved (e.g.: color adjustments, small tweaks, etc).

♡ Once all the details have been confirmed, and the commissioner is happy - I move onto the lineart and coloring stages. This is where the magic happens!
♡ After the final piece is approved by the commissioner, and final payment is received, I will email all the requested files! Huzzah!If you haven't already, please refer to my TOS to learn more about my conditions for personal use, reposting, etc.

Terms of Service

Please read through this thoroughly before inquiring about a commission from me.
Please keep in mind that I am a busy mom of two young children. While I do make it a priority to finish commissions in a timely manner, life sometimes gets hectic and takes priority. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you ♡[ GENERAL CONDITIONS ]
♡ The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the terms stated in this document.
♡ Should a breach of the Terms of Service occur, the artist will terminate the commission.
♡ The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
♡ Commissioners must 18+.

[ PAYMENT ]
♡ Total cost of the commission and commercial fees, if applicable, must be made and agreed upon upfront.
♡ All payments will be made in USD through PayPal.
♡ The client is responsible for making currency conversions.
♡ At least 50% of the total amount is required to proceed once the initial sketch has been approved. Full payment is required before the client will receive the finished files.
♡ The artist reserves the right to adjust pricing as necessary. Prices are subject to change according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece.
♡ The Artist does NOT accept any form of cryptocurrency.Refund & Cancellation policies:
♡ Should the artist have to cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.
♡ If the client cancels a commission before work has started, the client will receive a full refund.
♡ Once work has begun, refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist's discretion.
♡ No refunds will be given for completed commissions.
♡ If receiving a refund, the client should not request a PayPal chargeback. The artist will transfer the money back to the client.[ COMMUNICATION ]
♡ By providing the client with a line of communication to the artist, the client agrees to act in a professional manner.
♡ The platform for communication must be established in advance so that both the client and artist can have a reliable line of communication.
♡ Poor communication may result in the artist canceling the commission.
♡ Inappropriate and/or aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
♡ Deadlines must be communicated to the artist upfront, so that the artist can ensure dates fit their schedule or make reasonable accommodations.
♡ The artist will notify the client if delivery of the artwork may be delayed for any reason.[ COPYRIGHT, IMAGE RIGHTS AND RULES ]
♡ The artist retains full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. This means the artist owns the copyright of all their work, and will never sell or transfer the copyright.
♡ The artist does not claim any rights to the characters and other intellectual properties used in the process of creation.
♡ The artist does not condone their art being used for NFTs or AI purposes.
♡ The artist reserves the right to display all artwork done by them in their galleries, and use artwork for their portfolio and/or for promotional use through their social media platforms. This includes the finished piece, WIPs, process videos, sketches, etc.
♡ Commercial work intended to be released after communicated publication dates, may be then shared to the artists galleries/portfolio/social media after the agreed upon date.
♡ Unless specified and agreed upon between the artist and the client, redistribution of the artist's artwork for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
♡ Clients may repost final artwork to their own platforms. Credit is always appreciated.
♡ Major editing such as modifying, recoloring, or tracing is prohibited without expressed written permission from the artist.
♡ Clients may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own work.[ REFERENCES ]
♡ The client must provide clear and concise references and descriptions of their character(s) in order to avoid confusion.
♡ There will be a flat design fee if image references are NOT provided.
♡ The client is encouraged to send visual references for anything relevant to the commission. (Poses, clothing, armor, weapons, accessories, hairstyles, environment/background ideas, etc.)
♡ Include any details that may be important for the artist to know when portraying the client's character(s). (Character details, personality traits, quirks, etc.)[ CREATION PROCESS, REVISIONS, AND DELIVERY ]
Draft sketches > Refined Sketch > Lineart > Coloring > Final
♡ All phases of the creation process will be sent to the client for approval before advancing to the next stage.
♡ During the sketch phases is where the client and artist discuss any revisions requested for the final piece.
♡ The artist will only make reasonable alterations after the refined sketch has been approved for lineart and coloring. Requesting major revisions after the fact may result in additional fees or be declined altogether.
♡ Clients may request to see the progress of their commission(s) at any time.
♡ WIPs MAY NOT be posted or shared anywhere without the artist's permission!
♡ Unused sketches may be recycled for future clients and/or personal work.
♡ Finished commissions will be sent to the email provided, unless otherwise specified.
♡ Client will receive high resolution digital files (300 DPI minimum), with and without signatures and watermarks.
♡ If commissioning artwork for prints or book covers, you must indicate the size(s) and additional bleed you need. All artwork for prints will be rendered in a CMYK color profile. A separate RBG color profile will also be provided for posting the piece digitally.
♡ Transparent background (PNG) files are available upon request.
♡ The client is responsible for indicating any specific resolutions, canvas sizes, bleed, or file types before work has started.
